From the Detroit Red Wings amazing stretch as the best team in hockey following years of being the league doormat, to the Detroit Tigers remarkable comeback against the St. Louis Cardinals in 1968, this engaging presentation will evoke nostalgic memories for sports fans.
“The sights, sounds and excitement of this exhibit will offer visitors a unique reflection of our beloved Tigers, Lions, Pistons, Red Wings, Wolverines and Spartans through highlighted stories of comebacks with engaging videos and authentic displays,” said Scott Lesher, MSHOF chairman.
Positive messages of teamwork, persistence, faith and other encouraging elements will invite visitors to take home a feeling of inspiration relevant to their lives - especially during our state’s economic comeback journey.
